The flats in the nineteenth-century building in Poggio Imperiale overlook the square of Porta Romana, in front of the Boboli Gardens and the medieval walls that enclose the historic centre of Florence.

The other apartments are located both in the historic centre (Oltrarno-San Frediano, Santa Maria del Carmine, Duomo, Ponte Vecchio, Basilica di Santa Croce, Stazione di Santa Maria Novella) and outside the historic centre (Piazza Ferrucci, Piazza della Libertà, Fortezza da Basso, hills above Porta Romana, countryside above Poggio Imperiale, Pozzolatico).
