The villa and its sunny 3000 sq/f terrace overlooks Porta Romana and the ancient Walls that encloses the historic center. It is located near the entrance to Boboli Gardens and only a 10-minute walk from Palazzo Pitti.
Today, the villa is divided into independent apartments yet it maintains the welcoming atmosphere of a country home thanks to the use of beloved antique furniture and the interior limestone walls painted with the warm colors of Tuscany. The restoration of the villa using traditional and ecological materials has placed the villa on the Ecohotels page on the prestigious bio-architecture website Viaggi-di-Architettura. At the villa, families, couples, individual travelers find an intimate, romantic, safe location, situated in a green residential district where there are many shops, traditional restaurants and gardens. The warm welcome and assistance given by siblings Clara and Carlo, who share a life-long passion for Florence, encourages guests to create a memorable and personalized vacation.
